Your account will be deactivated on February 3, 2020. All billing and renewals will cease on February 3, 2020.
We’ll refund all active subscriptions and provide a refund pro-rated to January 18, 2020, the date the service was last available. We’ll start issuing refunds on February 3, 2020.
The process typically takes 5-10 business days. If you paid via credit card, you will see a credit to your card in the amount of the pro-rated refund. If you paid through an offline quote and order we confirm with you the chosen method of reimbursement.

You will no longer have access to previously downloaded imagery from TerraServer.com. You can contact PrecisionHawk at www.precisionhawk.com/satellite for new orders going forward.
