Oblique imagery from our partner Pictometry is now available online.
The new imagery is very high quality and taken from an angle. Images are available in all four directions: North/East/South/West.
To view the oblique images, go to the Viewer and search for your location. Then click the Oblique tab to display the new imagery. |

TerraServer has just added thousands of new satellite images from around the world.
The new satellite data covers hundreds of thousands of acres and millions of people.
This new imagery is now available and will show up automatically in the Imagery drop-down on the top left of the Viewer when available. |

| Zoom Level - New |
| Due to user feedback, TerraServer has added a new zoom level to the scale bar. Users can now zoom into 0.15 meters per pixel resolution. |

TerraServer has installed a new HP ProLiant series database server to provide additional speed, reliability, redundancy to our database.
The improvements to the website speed and performance are immediately noticeable. |

TerraServer has upgraded online security with an Extended Validation Certificate from DigiCert.
Extended Validation (EV) SSL provides a high degree of security to online customers. When a webpage is secured with EV SSL the browser address bar will turn green. |
