How do I know what image I am downloading?

You may preview the image that you would be downloading by clicking on one of the sizes in the size column under the image viewer. You may also preview the image once you have added it to your cart. Please preview all images before you purchase as we cannot refund digital images.

What size digital images are available?
|
|
|
All of the digital image sizes are listed at the bottom of the image viewer. They range from 1000 x 1000 to 2500 x 2500. Each of these numbers represents the number of pixels or dots on the edge of an image.

What file formats are available?
|
|
|
The Basic image comes as a JPG file and includes a Worldfile. The Complete image comes with the JPG as well as the image in PNG, TIF, PSD, PDF, BMP, and GIF formats. This allows the user to more easily use the image in many different programs. The Complete image also includes a Worldfile.

How long do I have to wait to receive my image?
|
|
|
The process is nearly instantaneous. You should receive an email immediately with the image attached. If not, you can immediately go to your Order History and download the image from the site.

Can I receive a refund if I don’t like my digital image?
|
|
|
We do not offer refunds on digital images. We ask that all customers preview their image prior to purchase and carefully look over the image for any imperfections. As long as the image that you received is the image that was present in the preview, we cannot issue a refund.

Can I receive a refund if my file is corrupted?
|
|
|
If you receive a corrupted file, please erase the image and try downloading it again from your Account page. If the file is still corrupted, we will attempt to replace the image or issue a refund.

How much do the digital images cost?
|
|
|
Costs vary with the size of the image downloaded and whether you opt for the Basic image or Complete image set. The lowest cost image is the 1000 x 1000 pixel basic image at $19.95 while the most expensive is the 2500 x 2500 pixel Complete image set at $74.95. How do I retrieve the file that I have purchased?
|
|
|
Once you have completed an order, an email will be sent to your email address with the image attached. The email will contain instructions on downloading the image. If you accidentally delete the email or do not receive one, you may download the image from the website on your Account page. Click on your Order History and you will find instructions for downloading your image from the website.

Are your images geo-referenced?
|
|
|
All of the image downloads available for purchase on our site will include a geo-referenced world file. This allows you to easily add our imagery to any GIS or geo-referenced compatible software, such as ESRI ArcMap/ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
